Scout Technologies rents solar-powered mobile security trailers to businesses across the western United States, so sites without power or Wi-Fi don't have to sit unwatched.
What we do
Stop theft before it starts
Valuable materials, vehicles and equipment sitting out overnight are a target. Scout trailers bring mast-mounted cameras, lights and real-time monitoring to construction sites, car dealerships, equipment yards, retail properties and events. They're solar powered, need no Wi-Fi, and are rented by the month.
We're based in Utah and serve sites across Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.

- 900 W of solar with up to 7 days of battery backup
- Three Uniview cameras on a 6 m (~20 ft) electric mast
- 30 days of recorded video on the 6 TB NVR
- Live view through a mobile app over 4G cellular
- Four blue strobe lights and an LED light
- Remote power monitoring (Victron Cerbo GX + BMV-712)
